Have you been guided right while buying diamond jewelry?

Before buying a diamond piece, you would want to get acquainted with complete information in context to it, so that you do not have to regret for your decision.
While buying diamonds, you must be cleared with four aspects called cut, color, clarity, and carat. Fine diamond jewelers always guide their customers, so that they can easily make the best choice for themselves or for their loved one.

If thinking to buy diamond, following are few things on which your jeweler would guide you:

Sparkle or brilliance of diamond depends on cut of piece. A sparkling looking gemstone will have a good cut. While cutting the gem, factors like diameter, table, girdle, depth, culet, pavilion, and crown are taken into consideration. Width and depth of the piece also matter a lot because too shallow or too deep cut loses brilliance giving it a dark and dull look.

Diamonds with no color are the purist forms. Likely, price factors of these pieces are high in comparison to diamonds that that have little color.

Spectrum of colors is available in diamonds that reflects the purity of the gem. Colorless looking piece is more purist than others, which are light in color also.

To determine the quality of diamonds on the basis of color, it is graded between D to Q. D to F is ranged as colorless, G to J near colorless, K to M faint yellow and N to Q very light yellow.

Diamonds lying in the grade of D to F are considered the purist ones. Likely, their price would be more than those gems that are lying in the grade from G to Q.

Considering the budget of a customer, jeweler will tell which diamond will suit his or her pocket and personality the most.

Number of inclusions in the piece determines clarity factor. Standard rules and regulations are set by GIA and AGSL that helps determine the purity of gem.
This factor is graded on the basis of FL, IF; VVS1, VVS2; VS1, VS2; SI1, SI2 and I1, I2, I3.

Last factor on which diamond purity depends is carat (weight of the gem). Price of piece is based on this factor. So, on the basis of your budget, choose best diamond piece with best cut, color, carat, and clarity.
